4 Year- Old Kindergarten

If you are planning to send your child to 4-year-old kindergarten in 2025 please complete the application form and we will be in contact with you after our open day. 

Please note the following: 

- Your child must turn 4 before the 30th April 2025 to be eligible to attend. 

- Your child must attend a minimum of 2 days per week 

- Your child can only attend one Government funded kindergarten

Children born in 2020 Jan - Dec

Children born in 2021 Jan - April   

Please note receipt of applications will be acknowledged after our open day schedule for mid June 2024

Please upload the following to your application 

- Copy of immunisation record 

-  A Referral letter/letters from a health professional (or pre-school field officer, MCH nurse, early childhood intervention service, NDIS) must be attached to this application if you indicate that your child has additional needs. Providing these details enables us to plan support for your child through our kindergarten program
